At BetterAlt, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
